    We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin / Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our IT company. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative activities, coordinate internal tasks, manage front-desk responsibilities, and ensure smooth communication across teams.

  • Job Responsibility

    • Administrative Support

      • Manage office correspondence, filing, and documentation (digital and physical).

      • Maintain records for attendance, leaves, and other HR-related data.

      • Support procurement and vendor coordination (stationery, IT accessories, etc.).

      • Prepare and maintain meeting notes, reports, and follow-up action trackers.

      Coordination & Communication

      • Coordinate between departments (HR, IT, Projects, and Management) for task updates.

      • Assist in scheduling meetings, reviews, and team activities.

      • Follow up on pending actions, deadlines, and ensure timely task completion.

      Front Desk & Reception Duties

      • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner.

      • Manage courier, deliveries, and office inventory.

      • Welcome guests and manage meeting room bookings.

      General Office Management

      • Ensure office premises, supplies, and systems are well-maintained.

      • Support onboarding of new employees with basic setup coordination (ID cards, access, seating, etc.).

      • Assist with travel bookings and event coordination when required.

  • Educational Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

    • 0–2 years of experience in administration, coordination, or front-office roles (fresh graduates welcome).

  • Experience Requirement

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Zoho or similar tools).

    • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

    • Positive attitude and a professional appearance.

  • Additional Requirement

    • Prior experience in an IT or technology services environment.

    • Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Slack, or Trello for internal coordination

      Candidates preferably located in and around Erode
